| Your satisfaction is our highest priority and if something you ordered
is defective or has been damaged during shipping we will do our best
to arrange for a replacement, credit or refund your money within 30
days.

Instructions for shipping non-defective or undamaged returns:
If your item has been damaged during shipping PLEASE SAVE THE PACKAGING. Please call us at 888.635.8602 or send us an email
with a detailed description of the damage. We will issue you a return authorization number and you may send the item back to us
at our cost. PLEASE INCLUDE IN THE PACKAGE a copy of your order confirmation e-mail or a note with the purchaser’s name, address,
phone number, e-mail address and order number.

If you would like to return an item because you are not completely satisfied, you may do so within thirty days of the purchase date.
To return an item, please follow the instructions below, and we will credit your account for the cost of the item – less shipping costs - as
soon as we receive it . Call us at 888.635.8602 so we can issue you a return merchandise authorization number. Alternatively you may
send us an email; please include as much detail as possible the reasons for your dissatisfaction.Use the original package and packing
material. PLEASE INCLUDE IN THE PACKAGE a copy of your order confirmation email or a note with the purchaser’s name, address,
phone number, email address and order number. ON THIS PAPER write the return merchandise authorization number, circle the item
you are returning and write the reason for the return. ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS PAPER please specify if you would like a charge
credit (to the original credit card only) or an item exchange. Please insure the item; we cannot process refunds for items damaged during return
shipping. As noted in the Terms of Use, which you agreed to when you placed an order, return insured shipping costs are your responsibility
if you are exchanging or returning an item unless it was damaged, defective, or the incorrect item. Packages must be returned prepaid – we
